Cholestorol Good For You?

If your like me than you have always heard how bad cholesterol is. Well for those looking to build muscle it is not so bad. Apparently more cholesterol has the ability to promote testosterone conversion. A study showed that higher intake in protein did not result in greater mass but rather more cholesterol did. Cholesterol is also thought to help repair tears in skeletal muscles membrane. A 12 week study showed that a group of people taking 2.6 mg or cholesterol per pound of bodyweight gained 5 pounds of muscle mass and increased strength by 90 percent. The other group taking low cholesterol only showed strength increase by 35 percent and no mass increase.

Cholesterol is necessary for building muscles, this is why you should have a balanced diet and not just tons of protein. The body can only use so much protein at each digestion anyways. If you already have problems with cholesterol it is not recommended you increase your intake. Be mindful of your health and seek the balance. Acne Myths

I am going to present three common acne myths. These are heavily debated by people who research acne but once people see interconnections where there are none then they will start to see anything can cause acne, but it all starts in your mind. Myth 1: Diet and Acne are Not Related
People like to argue that we need more research before we can come to this conclusion but I don't believe any research works unless tested by the individual. If we had to wait for research to prove something for ourselves we would be utterly dependent upon scientists and guinea pigs. We just have to admit that certain diets do help certain people get rid of acne. You have to try changing your diet and keep results of any other changes in your life and see whether a healthy diet improves your skin.
